Full of nutrients and health promoting compounds like collagen, perfect for making your own Chinese Soup, Broths or Stock. 

Simply place the frame in a large pot and cover with water, add vegetables of your choice, season and then bring to a low boil.  Skim off any foam that comes to the surface so that your broth can remain clear.  Low boil for a minimum of 6 hours, but really the longer the better!
